Wireless Internet

WesTex Connect serves many areas in the rural West Texas communities.  Our fixed high speed wireless internet solution is a line of sight based internet using radio frequencies.

Our service is not space based.
It requires clear line of sight typically from the highest point on your roof which points back to one of our many towers that connect back to the main internet circuit.  Hills, trees, and buildings could block line of sight causing signal interference and therefore these areas are not ideal.

Fiber Internet

WesTex Connect serves several rural communities and subdivisions in the area with fiber internet.

Fiber internet is another option for internet access.  The build out of fiber is time consuming and costly.  Therefore, not all areas are currently serviceable by fiber.

Stamford and Van Horn, Texas, are our largest networks of fiber internet as the community has been very supportive in bringing this access to their local areas.
