What are the steps to seeing if WesTex Connect services my area?
Can you service my area?
We service many areas with internet solutions such as wireless and fiber internet. Please send us your physical address along with GPS coordinates if possible to service@wtctx.com or use the Service Request form above.
What is the timeline for getting installed?
Installation times may vary depending on the area you are located and when the field technicians are scheduled to be in that area. Scheduling will go over timeline at time of sign up.
How do I sign up?
Please contact our Customer Service at 325-673-1930 x1 or email service@wtctx.com or use the Service Request form above to let us know what plan you would like to sign up with and your location information.

We are so excited to have you in the WesTex Connect family. Our services work once you are installed by a field technician. So start surfing, streaming, and checking emails.

Your service is ready to go. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Support
If you are having any issues please contact Technical Service. We usually recommend to reboot our equipment first to see if that is the magic fix. To do this, you will unplug our equipment from the electrical outlet or battery backup, wait approximately 30 seconds, plug back in, and then give the equipment a few minutes to reboot. Try that and if not please either email support@wtctx.com or call 325/673-1930 x4.
