The Technical Support Representative is the voice of the company and requires excellent customer service skills paired with technical ability and networking skills. The position requires completing customer tech support calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining our network. Work is performed on-site at our equipment locations and online and over the phone to assist customers and field technicians. Work may also be performed at our facilities that is the backbone to providing services to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer problems remotely and restore functional service to existing customers
- Assist Field Technicians with tuning and support for installs and service calls
- Configure routers and customer equipment for access to Internet services
- Configure network equipment
- Assist in the many support areas within our organization
Must Have
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Passion for technology
- Passion for networking
Nice to have
- Experience in Networking, Installation, VOIP, and/or Linux
- CCNA certification
- Customer Service experience
- Strong analytical skills
